纺织印数码印花喷墨墨水

随着喷墨技术和喷墨应有的不断发展，纺织品数码印花已经开始进入商业和工业应用领域，成为传统纺织品丝印的补充，并且正在受到越来越多印花企业的欢迎，原因是纺织品数码印花可以极大地降低制版费用和时间，同时可以有效地解决废水污染问题，特别适合小批量多样化的印花。

根据不同的应用，鑫诺英纺织数码印花喷墨墨水分为以下几个类别：

• 热升华（热转印）喷墨墨水

鑫诺英热升华喷墨墨水，也叫热转印喷墨墨水，具有色彩纯正、耐洗防晒、固色牢固等特点。热升华墨水特别适合在化纤（聚酯）或混纺（30%以上聚酯）面料上进行热转印，温度控制在180-230 C，时间约为30-60秒，转印介质可以选用热转印纸 （转移率90%以上），也可以用普通彩喷纸（转移率80%以上），也可以直接在经过涂层处理后的面料上 喷印。

鑫诺英热升华喷墨墨水用于纯棉织物转印时需要对面料进行聚酯涂层处理或采用专用纯棉热转印纸。

热升华墨水由于具有特殊的印花效果，目前已经被广泛用于服装、T恤衫、制服、校服、书包、彩旗、国旗、台布、窗帘、枕头、装饰品、工艺品、鼠标垫等方面的印花，比起传统丝印成本低、质量好。

此外，热升华喷墨墨水还能在经过涂层处理的陶瓷用品、玻璃用品和金属制品上进行图像转印，很受个性化市场的欢迎。

• 纺织印花颜料喷墨墨水

鑫诺英纺织印花喷墨墨水具有国际一流的技术，在特殊树脂体系包括下的颜料墨水具有非常的黏附力和优异的固色牢固性，适合从业喷墨印花机和宽幅写真机使用。纺织印花颜料喷墨墨水可以直接喷印在各种面料的纺织品上，经过高温蒸汽固色后可以达到固色牢度4-5级 ，喷印效果优于传统纺织印花工艺。

鑫诺英纺织印花颜料喷墨墨水具有优异的耐洗性、耐搓性、耐光性，特别适合工业化大规模生产，能够取代传统的纺织印花工艺。

With the development of inkjet technology and applications, textile digital inkjet printing has been used in commercial and industrial fields and become the supplement of traditional textile screen printing. Textile digital inkjet printing is getting more and more popular in textile printing industry because digital printing can save them huge cost and time as well as can solve the waste water problem. Textile digital inkjet printing is especially suitable for small batch and DIY textile printing.

There are two types of textile digital inkjet printing inks available from us:

• SUBLIMATION INKJET INKS

Sublimation inkjet inks, also known as disperse dyestuff inkjet inks, have superior color vividness, wash fastness and light fastness on the polyester fabrics. Sublimation inkjet inks are suitable for heat transfer printing on synthetic fibers (polyester) or blending of cotton and polyester with the temperature between 180-230 C and time for 30-60 sec.

The printing media can be heat transfer paper (90% transferred), inkjet paper (80% transferred) or polyester-coated fabrics.

For pure cotton fabrics, pre-treatment with polyester resin on the fabrics or using polyester-coated transfer inkjet paper is necessary for sublimation inkjet printing.

Due to its excellent imaging quality, sublimation inkjet inks have found its applications in digital imprinting garments, T-shirts, uniforms, school bags, flags, table clothes, pillows, decorations, handicrafts, mouse pads, etc. Comparing to traditional textile screen printing, it has lower production cost and better printing result.

Besides, sublimation inkjet inks have been used in imprinting coated ceramic wares, glass wares and metal products.

• TEXTILE PIGMENT INKJET INKS

SINOINKS’ textile pigment inkjet inks are produced with the cutting-edge technology. The inks are resin-coated with excellent adhesion and wash fastness. The textile pigment inkjet inks can be directly printed by industrial inkjet plotters or commercial inkjet printers onto various textile fabrics and can achieve high wash fastness and rub fastness after hot steam post-treatment. The digital printing result is superior to the traditional screen printing.
