SUBLIMATION INKS

Sinoinks’ sublimation inks, also known as heat transferring inkjet inks, are specially developed for digital textile printing and digital photo imaging applications. Sinoinks’ sublimation inks have wider color gamut, vivid colors and superior jet ability.

Sublimation ink is suitable for digital printing on sublimation papers or inkjet papers for transferring onto polyester fibers or cotton polyester mixing fibers (30% min polyester) with sublimation temperature at 180-230 C°and time between 30-60 sec, and they can also be printed directly onto pre-treated fabrics.

Now, sublimation inkjet printing has been widely used in digital textile printing to substitute the traditional screen printing. Digital sublimation inkjet printing has been used in printing clothes, T shirts, uniforms, school bags, flags, curtains, pillows, arts and handicrafts, mouse pads as well as photo imaging.

The latest development in sublimation inkjet printing has been developed from water based sublimation inks to eco-solvent based sublimation inkjet inks, and the printers have changed from low-speed and small-volume aqueous large format printers to high-speed and large-volume solvent based wide format plotters.

• Aqueous Sublimation Inks

Sinoinks’s aqueous sublimation inks are produced with imported raw materials and nano dispersing technology to achieve the finest particle size and distribution. The aqueous sublimation inks have wider color gamut, vivid colors and excellent jetability that are compatible with large format printers or plotters such as Mimaki JV4, JV22, Roland FJ740, Mutoh RJ8000, Epson 4800/7800/9800, HP Designjet 5000/5500, Novajet 750, etc.

• Eco-Sublimation Inks

Sinoinks’ eco-sublimation inks are produced with the mildest eco-solvent and nano dispersing technology for use in solvent based wide format plotters with Xaar, Spectra printheads as well as Seiko Epson, Konica printheads. The eco-sublimation inks have wider color gamut, vivid colors and good jet ability. Plotters with eco-sublimation inks can increase the printing speed that solves the low-speed and small-volume problems with aqueous printers, and create great chances for large scale digital textile printing and advertising banner production.
