Dye Sublimation Inks

Dye sublimations inks,also known as disperse dye inkjet inks,are produced with nano dispersed sublimation dispersions. Dye sublimation inks have vibrant colors and excellent light fastness that are suitable for digital textile printing,photo imaging,heat transfer printing.

Sinoinks' sublimation inks are suitable for inkjet printing on sublimation papers for heat transferring onto polyester textile fabrics,synthetic fibers or cotton polyester mixing fibers (50-60% polyester) with sublimation heat temperature at 180-230 C and time between 30-60 sec, and they can also be printed directly onto pre-treated fabrics.

Now, sublimation inkjet printing has been widely used in digital textile inkjet printing to substitute the traditional screen printing. Digital sublimation inkjet printing with sublimation inks has been used in printing table clothes, polo shirt,T shirts, uniforms,sports wear,school bags,flags,advertising banners,curtains, pillows, arts and handicrafts, carpet,furniture decoration,mouse pads,mugs,ceramic wares, glass wares, metal wares as well as photo imaging.

With the development of digital sublimation inks and sublimation technology, sublimation inkjet printing has been undertaken by more and more traditional screen printing houses to produce flexible and niche products. Especially digital sublimation sampling has been popular in textile printing and shoe making.
